North Baldwin Community Foundation

Key leaders in the North Baldwin County community came together in September 2020 in an effort to strengthen and progress their local community. With these efforts in mind, the North Baldwin Community Foundation was formed as an affiliate of The Community Foundation of South Alabama.

Serving as an advisory committee, this determined group seeks to preserve and strengthen their local community by making recommendations about how charitable dollars are distributed to local nonprofits, churches, schools or government entities.

“The North Baldwin area is a small community with a big heart, and steeped in history,” said Tina Covington, North Baldwin Community Foundation chair. “The inception of the North Baldwin Community Foundation is another way to ensure that the residents of our area have the resources in place to live and thrive for years to come. It is an honor to serve as the Chair of the Advisory Committee and we are committed to upholding the legacy of our beautiful community.”

The North Baldwin Community Foundation was founded in 2020 by a group of local citizens. As an affiliate of The Community Foundation of South Alabama, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization, we accept a wide variety of tax-deductible contributions, such as cash, appreciated stocks, real estate or other assets.
